For last year’s annual pantomime, Dramability presented the story of the Grinch - a cynical grump who goes on a mission to steal Christmas, only to have his heart changed by a young girl's generous holiday spirit. The infamous green man, lives inside a cave halfway up a mountain and only sees his neighbours in Whoville when he runs out of sausages. Each year at Christmas they disrupt his tranquil solitude with their increasingly bigger, brighter, and louder celebrations. When the Whos declare they are going to make Christmas three times bigger this year, the Grinch has had enough!

Of course, no self-respecting panto would be the same without the usual mix of singing, dancing, cornier than corn jokes and that all important audience participation

Performances took place on Saturday 14th December at 7.30pm and Sunday 15th at 3.00pm. We are delighted that tickets for both shows had sold out before Halloween!

We are currently in rehearsals for our next production to be performed at some stage in 2021! Watch this space!

A grouchy couple are parents to a very sweet girl, Tilly. Well, maybe not very sweet. Maybe the best we can say is ‘an old head on young shoulders’. It is after all a Dramability production! Eventually, her bragging, bullying father, and bingo bingeing mother (to whom Tilly bears a startling resemblance!) send her to school where she encounters the terrifying Trunchbull and the darling, but drippy, Miss Honey. Can Tilly save the school from the terrifying beast that is its Principal? What follows is so cheesy it is quite simply beyond belief.

A unique adaptation of the famous story – not to be missed!
